We at quality control do our fundamental job of "reliably producing the established testing conditions for accurate data readings," and faithfully use said data for maintaining quality. However, we also believe that "quality must be made during the production process." Instead of simply relying on material and product test data, we carry out thorough process control and aim for the consistent manufacturing of high quality products. We also value the human element as a part of quality control, taking into account our employees' discerning senses when they feel that something, such as the raw material, is not quite right.

In 2007, Sanyu Gikou obtained the ISO9001 certification, an international standard set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 1987 which specifies requirements for an organization’s quality control and quality assurance system (the workings of how a product is made or a service is offered). We now have the updated 2015 version.
The certification is proof that a third party has audited and evaluated our quality assurance system, as per the guidelines set by the international organization, and has assessed that it meets the standards.
We carry out product testing under the specific criteria set by our customers. Our inspection technologies provide accurate data readings, and they are backed up by the sharp senses of our inspectors, allowing us to faithfully meet your specifications. We will inform you immediately in the unlikely event of a product flaw and work together with you to solve the problem.
Our inspection equipment is routinely checked and receives daily maintenance, allowing us to preserve traceability. We also perform voluntary inspections of safety, quality, and the work environment through the implementation of a system of checks for organization, orderliness, tidiness, cleanliness, discipline, and safety.
